Our client is an investment management boutique (over 40 employees) with offices in Zurich and London. The company specializes in insurance investments in various asset classes for institutional investors.

In the course of strengthening the team, we are looking for a motivated person for the Zurich office, who is available immediately or by appointment. In this position you will work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Client & Product Services Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to day-to-day distribution and investment marketing activities together with key client account management in Switzerland, Germany, Benelux, Nordics and UK markets.


• Maintain client presentations and marketing materials across a variety of jurisdictions.


• Oversee campaign management such as new product launches including repective mailings and hosting ov webinars or client calls.


• Co-ordinate, prepare and oversee substantive client portfolio reviews and specific client pitches.


• Manage slide library for in-house sales team and external distributors as well as generate the tailormade due diligence pitches.


• Frequent interaction with portfolio management, operations and distribution.

Main qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years`relevant experience in the asset management or financial services industry


• Completion of relevant or higher education studies


• Thourough understanding of operational tasks with a flexible and adaptive work approach


• Proficient knowledge of financial markets and investment products


• Strong client focus and high service-orientation, experience through direct client exposure desired


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to generate top quality output on a timely basis


• Ability to work both independently and in a team


• Excellent writing skills and numeracy


• Ability to interact and integrate across numerous stakeholders and functions within the Group


• Excellent command of English and German both written and orally, French desirable but not
  essential


• Willingness to expand knowledge in asset management and investment products


• Demonstrable competence with modern communication tools and platform


•  Willingness to travel within Europe


• In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
