  • An opportunity to become part of a small but highly motivated team focusing on knowledge management, talent development and the shaping of the Compliance Operations Operating Model

  • You will be responsible for running Compliance Operations processes & procedures

  • Your responsibilities will include future process design and associated process change management

  • You will closely collaborate with a variety of business partners to actively identify and improve existing processes with a key focus on global process alignment, efficiency and effectiveness

  • Your role will also ensure that all processes & procedures are standardized, well documented, communicated, and accurately utilized

  • You will also contribute to the further development of existing knowledge management and communication strategies for key business partners

  • You will have the opportunity to deliver process training to a variety of internal clients

You Offer

 

  • A higher education, preferably with either a business or technical degree

  • A maximum of 3 - 6 years relevant working experience, preferably in a significant corporation or consulting firm performing program / project / change activities

  • Relevant experience in business process management and/or project management paired with experience in processes design, implementation and monitoring of process performance

  • You have familiarity with standard process notations (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince, Six Sigma) would be of added advantage

  • Experience in client management, client onboarding & lifecycle management within the banking industry would also be an asset

  • You are a highly motivated, independent, reliable teammate with the ability to solve problems and a friendly and positive personality as well as a can-do attitude

  • You are well skilled at working collaboratively across multiple cultures in a global environment paired with strong coordination and organization skills with a high level of proactivity and reliability

  • Thanks to your excellent communication and facilitation skills, you can convey complex information clearly and optimally at all levels within the organization

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required. Being fluent in German would be a strong asset. Other languages, e.g. Italian or French, are of additional advantage
