Performance Management & Compensation Consultant 80-100% - 200000CJ

If you are a strong team-player, customer-focused and able to get things done, this is an opportunity for you to work on a variety of compensation and benefits  topics in a team of experienced Performance Management & Compensation professionals within the Total Rewards team in HR Zurich Switzerland.

 

Your Role 

 

As a PM &Compensation Consultant your responsibilities will involve: 

• producing ad hoc reports and analysis to identify compensation trends and support compensation decisions


• participating in market surveys and analyzing results


• job evaluation


• participating in the annual salary review and the short and long-term incentive plan processes


• project management, planning, communication and continuous development of CoE-related initiatives and processes (e.g. performance management, salary and incentive benchmarking, benefits) 

Your Skills and Experience

   

As a PM & Compensation Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include: 

• bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or 7 or more years of experience in related field with a minimum of 5 years in Compensation (ideally in the insurance or financial industry)


• hands-on experience in annual compensation processes


• working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems


• experience in leading Compensation projects


• advanced skills in Microsoft applications in particular Excel and Power Point


• very strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and balance competing priorities


• strong verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to present to various audiences including senior management


• strong interpersonal and influencing skills


• analytical thinking, curiosity and drive to make things happen


• fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
