You will play a key role in strengthening our Power Grids global IS team, leading the End User Services department. Reporting to the Head of End User Experience, you will be part of a team responsible for providing services to our End Users with a strong focus on their satisfaction.


Your responsibilities



  • The PG IS Head of End User Support is accountable for developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling the execution of Service Desk and Onsite Support services.

  • Manage external supplier(s) and internal resources.

  • Develop, establish, manage and execute the End User Services (EUS) strategy to corroborate the undergoing changes in IS services within the PG transformation. With strong leadership and excellent soft skills, you ensure that PG users receive supreme care and assistance during the journey of organizational change as well as during future day-to- day operations.


Your background



  • You have a Master / Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration or related field

  • 15 years of experience in Service Desk/End User Support and IT management

  • You are highly experienced in a multinational global environment.

  • You have a collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

  • Expertise in managing IT operations and outsourced technology services required.

  • Experience with design and transition of End User Support (Service Desk and Onsite Support) services required.

  • Experience in both strategic and tactical IT planning, organization and development required.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English, any other languages are a plus.
