Service Manager (d/f/m)

Full-time position (40 hours/ week), permanent, immediately available


Would you like to take care of the tactical lifecycle management of our service portfolios and of the operational customer service level management? Your challenges



  • You develop, implement and improve a consistent service portfolio over all product lines

  • You respond to invitations to tenders (ITT), requests for information (RFI) or proposals (RFP) with respect to the service offering, besides providing consultancy, developing and presenting solutions related to services

  • You conduct regular operational review meetings with customers and follow them up to achieve the required customer satisfaction

  • You manage the incident management, problem management and repair processes to achieve targeted service levels

  • You tune, together with the technical support staff, the aftersales service process. In your work reporting is key; you create reports per customer, per product line and over the whole of all products to be used within customer and internal management reviews

  • You act as an incident and problem escalation level. You cooperate and coordinate intensively with Product Line Management, Technical Sales Management, Back Office, Sales, Marketing and Repair

  • You proactively provide and implement improvement plans as part of the Products & Solutions Management


 


Your profile



  • You have completed your University degree in electrical engineering or closely related studies

  • You have some years of experience in service management, ideally in the telecommunications environment

  • Affinity with wholesale telecommunication services is desirable

  • You have experience with ticketing systems, ERP, database mining, web-based programming

  • You are not new to ITIL service management, eTOM, analytic trouble shooting, process design and management

  • You have a good working knowledge of both spoken and written German and English

  • You are characterized by your focus on results, your process management skills and your focus on people

  • You are willing to travel abroad up to 20% of your time
