Full-time position (40 hours/ week), permanent, immediately available

Your challenges

• You manage our “System Test” department at the locations in Hartmannsdorf, Dresden and Zurich.


• This includes further development of the test team, employee development and resource management.


• You actively design the processes for the system test and the automated system test.


• The selection and implementation of test tools is also part of your area of responsibility, such as the selection and collaboration with external service providers.

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in computer science, communications engineering or closely related studies.


• You have some years of experience in the system test, ideally in the telecommunications environment, and several years of team leadership experience.


• You have solid knowledge in the areas of network, routing, network protocols, system testing and test automation.


• You have a good working knowledge of both spoken and written German and English


• Being an assertive personality, you enjoy employee empowerment and can build a collaborative atmosphere within an intercultural team.


• You are characterized by your focus on results, your process management skills and your organizational talent, but do not lose focus on your employees.


• You are ready to learn new things and to actively drive for change and therefore do not avoid conflicts.
