Business Analyst - CRM Microsoft Dynamics Experience

On behalf of a large-scale technology and financial consulting enterprise, based in Zurich with a strong presence all over the globe, we are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in CRM Microsoft Dynamics. In this on-site position, you will support the clients based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Role Description:
Collaborate with business unit heads and end users in order to achieve business requirements.
Evaluate of the current situation and define targets process flows, use cases, workflows and user stories to create CRM solutions for clients.
Co-operate with business and IT to meet functional and technical requirements. Manage traceability across the streams.
Complete walk through sessions of business and functional requirements together with business and IT stakeholders, validate and sign offs.
Facilitate the design, configuration, process and user story mapping of the vendor.
Work closely with the build, test and business teams in order to ensure that the solution meets the defined requirement.
Archive key artifacts, including requirements, user guides, training material.
Use of enterprise tools, e.g. Jira.
Meet with clients and conduct requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and financial services
At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience gathering and validating requirements, mapping process flows and documentation
Expert of Microsoft Dynamics platform, product roadmap and add-Ins
Experience in CRM implementation programs
Profound knowledge of software applications and architectures
Working knowledge of other leading CRM tools (e.g Salesforce) would be a plus
Experience with standard SDLC, Agile and DevOps project methodologies
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word and Microsoft Dynamics
