Junior Product Manager (Syncros Components and Accessories)

The Junior Product Manager Components and Accessories is working in a passionate and experienced product development team for Syncros. In close collaboration with the SYNCROS product management team-leader as well as SCOTT Bicycle Product Managers, you will be responsible for assigned product line-plans and its product development. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Product management of SYNCROS components and accessories specified on SCOTT bikes and/or sold aftermarket only


• Market research and products reviews


• Product strategy for the next years models


• Budget edition for the coming projects 


• Communication, coordination and planning setting between design, packaging and engineering teams 


• Product sourcing by suppliers based in Asia, Europe and USA


• Product line management including specifications, graphics, packaging, pricing and margin


• Coordination between manufacturing facilities, purchasing, logistic and sales Departments


• Marketing and sales support; customer product presentation


• Support at shows and events

Your Profile:

• Technical or university degree 


• Product and project management experience 


• MS Office 365 advanced knowledge


• Versatile, with the ability to work independently and prioritize the work accordingly


• Good price negotiation skills


• Capacity to think forward with a strategic mindset 


• Active use of the products is required (avid cyclist)


• Fluent in English, with a good command of German or French 


• Willingness to travel
