MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are actively looking for our future Professional Beauty (PB) Global Hair PORTOFLIO LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and grow the PB Global Hair Portfolio Lifecycle Management team based in Geneva (4 direct reports).


• Own and drive PB global Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) measure, end-to-end process (BU accountability) and action plan to deliver Division FY20-FY23 targets.


• Own and drive Value At Risk (VAR) measure, process and action plan for global hair brands to deliver Division FY20-FY23 targets.


• Own and lead the clean and prevention action plan to deliver E&O and VAR targets by engaging and enabling all needed stakeholders.


• Lead the Hair brands SKU portfolio optimization program and action plan via the LCM team in close partnership with commercial and finance multi-functional team.


• Lead SKU Birth Control (Initiatives sizing and monitoring) process definition and implementation in close partnership with brands and supply chain teams to improve SKU portfolio productivity and VAR/E&O reduction.


• Actively participate and contribute in Hair brands strategy and Initiative 3 years Masterplan


• Contribute to the design and Implement LCM function and processes across the globe in a changing environment.


• Act the main LCM point of contact for the DLT for VAR/E&O and SKU portfolio optimization.

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain function with increasing responsibilities and scope. Experience in initiative management and supply and/or demand planning would be ideal. Experience of multi-functional work with business acumen would be highly appreciated.

• Knowledge of PB hair brands would be a plus.
