Your role: Partner with the Site Leadership on key employee topics and deploy, implement and communicate HR solutions:
Be a strategic and operational partner for Leaders, responsible for delivering people solutions on employee life cycle management as well as on topics like organizational transformation, change management, etc. Play a critical role in enabling Leaders by training them on the Portfolio of HR Solutions and you manage Employee-centric topics such as onboarding, engagement, C&B, people development, labor and employee relations. In that effort, you will work closely with HR Services and HR Solution Partners (Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition). Integrated into the Swiss HR team, you look after around 500 employees at the Buchs (SG) location. As a member of the local management team, you are also responsible for overarching issues at the location such as health, occupational safety and the environment, as well as legal employer representative. Depending on your experience, you may also assume responsibility in the local pension fun.
