Your role: Partner with the Site Leadership on key employee topics and deploy, implement and communicate HR solutions:

Be a strategic and operational partner for Leaders, responsible for delivering people solutions on employee life cycle management as well as on topics like organizational transformation, change management, etc. Play a critical role in enabling Leaders by training them on the Portfolio of HR Solutions and you manage Employee-centric topics such as onboarding, engagement, C&B, people development, labor and employee relations. In that effort, you will work closely with HR Services and HR Solution Partners (Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition). Integrated into the Swiss HR team, you look after around 500 employees at the Buchs (SG) location. As a member of the local management team, you are also responsible for overarching issues at the location such as health, occupational safety and the environment, as well as legal employer representative. Depending on your experience, you may also assume responsibility in the local pension fun.

Who you are:

• A completed university degree (BA / MA) in human resources, business administration, psychology or similar, and preferably further training as an HR specialist


• At least 5 years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally in an international company. Exposure to manufacturing will be an asset


• You are used to working tactically and strategically with your business partners in a highly professional manner, persuading them through sound arguments and building emotional commitment


• You can easily get in touch with people, are considered upright and can both understand other perspectives and inspire others with your ideas


• Excellent command of German and English required
