We Offer

 

• A challenging role in our Private Banking IWM BA NRI & Africa team, located in the heart of Zurich
  


• Management Support to Team Leader of 11 RMs located in Zurich and Geneva
  


• Deputizing and assisting the Team Head on oversight and execution of the control environment with a specific focus on key risks (anti-money laundering, client onboarding and operational risks)
  


• Responsible for establishment and maintenance of the infrastructure of the team, such as meeting rhythms, deal tracking, results tracking and reporting
  


• Taking responsibility for the organization and execution of the team's periodic gatherings, such as monthly team meetings, yearly team social events, beginning of the year kick-off event and similar
  


• Assuming responsibility for approval and adherence to the policy of all travel and entertainment expenses
  


• Coordinating client events
  


• Assisting Team Lead in management of agenda, travel arrangements and similar
  


• Frequent interaction and collaboration with the other BA Management Supports, Market Officers and wider BA Management Group in both Switzerland and UAE
  


• Deputizing of Team Lead during absence
  


• Integration into a young, dynamic and highly motivated team

• Sound knowledge of the Credit Suisse internal applications and processes would be an asset
  


• Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very precise and efficient work approach

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and German. French would be an asset.
