Chief Sales Officer with startup experience

If you want to have a significant impact on our success story, we’d love to have you as our new Chief Sales Officer!


Responsibilities include:



  • Coordinating and leading our international outbound sales team comprising 10 people as well as our Head of Marketing


  • Growing annual revenue from CHF 3 million to CHF 10 million within the next 3 years. 


  • Managing and implementing sales activities in established countries
    (CH, D, UK, and FR). 


  • Expanding into new markets. 


  • Hands-on sales activities to hit monthly revenue targets


  • Regular travels across Europe 



This job is for you if have



  • longstanding experience in B2B sales and a strong hands-on mentality.


  • actively built and led an international sales team.


  • demonstrable experience in expanding a company's revenue from single- to double-digit millions.


  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills.


  • a degree in economics and/or marketing.


  • demonstrable experience in a C-suite role, preferably at a startup.
