Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and leading our international outbound sales team comprising 10 people as well as our Head of Marketing
Growing annual revenue from CHF 3 million to CHF 10 million within the next 3 years.
Managing and implementing sales activities in established countries
(CH, D, UK, and FR).
Expanding into new markets.
Hands-on sales activities to hit monthly revenue targets
Regular travels across Europe
This job is for you if have
longstanding experience in B2B sales and a strong hands-on mentality.
actively built and led an international sales team.
demonstrable experience in expanding a company's revenue from single- to double-digit millions.
excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
a degree in economics and/or marketing.
demonstrable experience in a C-suite role, preferably at a startup.
