Your Responsibilities

• Activities to switch portfolio to sustainable palm oil / RSPO MB
  
  
  
  • Work with 3PM and supplier to identify RSPO certified materials
  
  
  • Order full raw material documentation
  
  
  • Support the implementation process at the 3PM
  
  
  • Transparent communication with interfaces concerning status (e.g. 3PM, RMM, Suppliers)
  
  
  • Transparent documentation of results
  
  
  • Transparent documentation about project status
  
  


• SAP master data maintenance
  
  
  
  • Master data maintenance for chemical raw materials (brand, status, manufacturer, supplier, MOQ, etc.)
  
  
  • Ensure manufacturer/supplier data in SAP
  
  

• Ensure raw material administration.
  
  
  
  • Order the raw material documentation on time in full
  
  
  • Administration of raw material documents
  
  

• Support registration team to notify products
  
  
  
  • Prepare and send out documents to our affiliates and distributors
  
  
  • Transparent communication to our affiliates and distributors
  
  
  • Transparent documentation of registration status
  
  

  

Your Profile

• Background in natural sciences


• Strong IT affinity, MS office knowledge, SAP knowledge a plus


• Fluent in German, English a plus


• Very accurate and structured way of working


• Teamplayer, open minded and communicative
