Position Summary

 


To be the Co-Pilot for the global Workplace Solutions Team, ensuring sound budgeting process, providing proper financial support for team's projects and activities (cost evaluations for Real Estate projects; financial reporting for Integrated Facility Management programs; etc.) in full compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards and Group's processes for CAPEX and Right of Use approval, identification of the opportunities for the Group in Workplace Solutions scope and support in their realization.


A day in the life of a Nestlé Business Services F&C Controller – Work Place Solutions

 



  • Define team's annual financial objectives and reporting performance

  • Revise the framework of the benefits reported

  • Identify the opportunities for improving the cash-flow, P&L and Balance Sheet position of the Group

  • Identify the opportunities in the overall Group Real Estate footprint and Facility Management area

  • Prepare all required reporting and analytics for budget and actual cost throughout a year

  • Design and develop appropriate financial modeling techniques and business scenario planning for decision making in the area of Workplace Solutions

  • Improve the tools and techniques used internally and by 3rd party partners

  • Be accountable for financial support for all Real Estate projects globally

  • Drive the changes in the processes initiated by the team

  • Supporting global Request for Proposal

  • Build and maintain good partner relationships with different stakeholders


What will make you successful

 



  • Strong experience in working for an international commercial real estate services and investment firm (Mandatory)

  • Master’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Analysis/Mathematics

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance/Business Analytics/Costing area

  • Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers), as well as with virtual team

  • Highly developed self-organizational and analytical skills as core competencies essential for success within the role

  • Experience in coordinating projects and convincing and impacting Stakeholders in multi-cultural environment
