Position Snapshot

 


Nestlé Professional, La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland (regular visits to the HQ at least 2x per months)
Location can be in Switzerland between Zurich and Vevey
Permanent Contract at 100% working quota
Minimum of 2-3 years of Key Account Management experience in a similar role and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results


Position Summary

 


In this role you, will acquire and develop Key Accounts according to the defined portfolio to achieve sales objectives. Furthermore, you will lead the development and ensure implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies.


A day in the life of a Key Account Manager

 



  • Regular Customer visits to ensure development of partnership and execute joint business plan

  • Acquisition of new Key Accounts according to target list

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the customers in line with business requirements

  • Ensure complete support in development of Category Channel and Customer Business Plans

  • Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, Trade, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives

  • Implement, follow up and update Customer’s Plans

  • Ensure achievement of agreed portfolio targets/KPIs


What will make you successful

 



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Key Account Management experience in a similar role and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results

  • Strong technical knowledge on food production and understanding of the functioning of factory and production lines

  • Understands all sales functions i.e. Marketing, Customer, Field

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people

  • Fluent in German and French, Good Knowledge in English
