You have the opportunity to help shaping the long-term direction of the Service Line by leading key initiatives
Broad range of tasks and responsibilities with insights into the whole organization

You assist the Service Line Leader in facilitating effective decision-making
You support the Management Information System reporting processes and communication
You help to increase OPEX (e.g. process optimization, cost management, drive efficiency)
You provide the content and the organization of strategic initiatives such as creating and coordinating senior management deliverables
You support within the Business Management Team the operational and financial development of the Service Line
You drive, plan and organize events (e.g. Town Halls, Offsite Meetings, etc.)
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
Up to 2 years of professional experience in similar roles (leading financial services institution, business consulting; is an asset)
Graduate degree in business, economics or related managerial disciplines (Bachelor Uni / FH)
Reliable with high attention to detail, high quality focus and ability to challenge others
Project management skills, with flexibility regarding tasks undertaken and the ability to prioritize a number of conflicting requests to meet deadlines
First experience with management reporting, data analysis and interpretation
Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders both within and beyond the Service Line
Problem solving mindset; enjoys working through challenges, self-starter who takes initiative with a hands-on approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – presentation, messaging, and PowerPoint capabilities
