Bring your fresh ideas, spirit and mindset, to support our SIX Talent Management!  You are a recent graduate with excellent organizational skills and an interest in the financial industry, looking for an exciting internship in HR? Then our Learning & Development team responsible for Talent Management and Leadership Learning wants to hear from you! We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department for a 6-months internship. You will be providing hands-on support to help drive our strategic projects in Talent Management and Leadership Trainings. The role will be based out of our Zürich office and you will also be working closely with our internal and external partners.Our internship offers exposure and the opportunity to grow and develop across Talent Management and Leadership Learning. We are a collaborating team and we live a strong team spirit and together we shape the employee experience at SIX.  

What You will Do

• You support the L&D team in developing, and implementing leadership trainings and programs


• You coordinate tasks within our brand-new "Future Leader" development journey


• You support new, group-wide talent management initiatives (e.g. succession planning, talent programs) in collaboration with business leaders and HR

What You Bring

• First experience in Talent Management / Training, or Marketing/Communications with recently completed university education or specific training


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills


• Excellent time management skills, with an ability to work autonomously


• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
