Job Description

Our HR Partnering & Services Team at our Headquarter in Basel provides the full range of HR support covering all related topics and challenges. We are looking for you as our new HR Generalist who will support our employees and line managers in the assigned area. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner and provide structured processes and operational HR support to the business. This position is temporary until end of this year but with high possibility of permanent employment.

What will be part of your job?

• Managing all tasks related to the employee’s life cycle (from entry to exit)


• Support the HR Business Partner in general administrative tasks


• Providing highly responsive HR advice related to labor law and current HR policies and practices 


• Working closely together with the corporate and regional HR teams as appropriate


• Support HR projects as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this interesting position your profile should include the following:

• Commercial education (EFZ or similar) / Degree in HR Management is of advantage


• First work experience in a customer focused, multinational business environment


• Experience within a HR role is of advantage


• Team player, collaborative, reliable and solution oriented individual


• Effective communication skills and ability to interact across different levels and regions


• Service driven mindset paired with high sense for execution and can-do attitude


• Accountable personality with a structured and pragmatic working style


• Fully conversant with MS Office / experience with HR systems is of advantage


• Fluency in English & German, additional languages welcome
