To strengthen our R&D Features & Detection team, we are looking for a:

MECHANICAL ENGINEER/ SENIOR TECHNICIAN

ROLE:

• Contribute to maintaining and strengthening SICPA's leadership as a global provider of security solutions


• Join the Technologies Laboratory in the development, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing of mechanical components and equipment for printed optical security solutions


• Support/drive in-house testing and validation of technical solutions, and their deployment at client/partner site


• Provide support for SICPA's R&D activities outside the Technologies Laboratory on a need basis

PROFILE:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at the level of HES Bachelor, or ES


• Proven industrial experience


• At ease with coordinating medium / low-volume manufacturing of industrial components with in-house mechanical workshop and/or external suppliers


• Proven experience with CAD.  Proficiency with Solidworks is a plus


• Knowledge of SAP or other production management tools is a plus


• Proactive, hands-on, autonomous, well organized, and structured


• Team player and flexible


• Fluent in written and spoken French; good command of English
