We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Commercial Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise to Front-Line Business Development Managers, assisting in the structuring of bespoke Trade Finance Solutions, and ensuring a high quality customer experience in close collaboration with the processing units.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee the timely and value-add provision of ongoing support to clients
Ensure that GTRF Services is responsive to the requirements and expectations of our customers
Work with GTRF Services to deliver globally connected service experience that is aligned with the GTRF Services target operating model
Streamline processes to enhance customer experience
Ensure positive client experiences through support, trade advice and best practices in relation to GTRF transactions
Attract and retain clients through providing dedicated client servicing and specialist trade advice
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of GTRF management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels
Providing support and guidance to the Department/Region on areas of improvement/concern with regard to FCC, Regulatory and internal controls
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Commercial apprenticeship within Finance / Banking sector or university degree
2+ years of experience working for a financial institution, preferably within the field of Trade Finance
Good knowledge of the full range of Traditional Trade Finance products (Guarantees, Export and Import DC, and Receivable Finance products)
Fluent in German + English, French and/or Italian would be an advantage
Dynamic, stress-resistant, flexible and highly organized
Ability to work in a small team within a large global company
Excellent communication skills with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Working autonomous and independent decision taker would be a plus
