What should you have in your toolbox to be successful in this role:



  • BA/ BS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (Biology, IT, Pharma, Medical)

  • Ideally, several years of successful experience selling in the healthcare environment OR in customer-facing IT professional services, paired with experience in knowledge management/ training/ learning programs

  • Familiarity with project management & Scrum (agile) approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Be a great communicator and motivator - with the ability to understand and identify the needs of customers, employees and organizations and translate them into teaching and individual development

  • Have experience in consulting and meeting facilitation and to be familiar with change management skills

  • Understand business development at multiple stages from early innovation to scaling

  • Experience with introducing digital tools for business (digital savvy)

  • Embrace agile ways of working, where experiment and learning are more important than the perfect plan

  • Foster a great error culture, where failing fast and be transparent about it is seen as business-critical

  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision

  • Ability to travel >40% of the time


The position


Roche has recently activated a new business charged with building a modern portfolio of decision support software products and services that will change the way clinical decisions are made along the patient’s care pathway and this way how patients receive care. This is the Diagnostics Information Solution (DIS) business. This business is new in the market as well as for Roche - for this startup like business, it is mission critical that we foster a culture of experimenting and learning. Managing gained knowledge out of all these experiments, combining it with medical, scientific and technical state-of-the-art know-how and keeping it accessible and up-to-date is crucial for the success of our business. As the Director Diagnostics Information Solution (DIS) Academy, Customer Success EMEA LATAM/ Director Navify Academy, Customer Success EMEA LATAM, your responsibilities include:



  • Lead the “Navify academy”, a to-be-created institution for training and learning

  • Be responsible for building a knowledge management structure for the NAVIFY business in EMEA LATAM

  • Use modern technology and the latest knowledge about training methodologies to enable world-class training concepts for internal and external partners

  • Analyze how to best prioritize knowledge gain/ exchange and develop strategies and solutions for highly innovative knowledge management

  • Work closely with the product, marketing, commercial and services organizations to both, get knowledge and experts connected and to identify needs for training and knowledge management

  • Work closely with the DIS Head of Customer Success on the organization development strategy

  • Be part of the NAVIFY LT EMEA LATAM
