Inspiration as a Business Strategy

Inspire 925 was founded with the vision to create a more inspired working world. In the
past seven years since our founding, we have executed projects in the domain of
digital transformation, employee engagement and innovation. One key aspect of our
work has consistently been to make role models visible who are driving change. To
increase our efforts in this domain, we are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial
attitude who is eager to build up a new practice with us in social media, digital
storytelling and communication.

Startup CEO Digital Storytelling (80 - 100%)

Position Summary

• Make-it-happen attitude paired with excitement to build up a new business
  practice that may become a spin-off of Inspire 925 in the future


• Social media, newsletter and web management (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook,
  Instagram, Wordpress, Medium, Mailchimp etc.)


• Passion for storytelling and solid skills in creating and combining text, photo
  and video content


• High level of fluency in spoken and written German and English


• Business development skills


• Personal branding skills


• Experience in defining and launching PR and marketing campaigns


• Key account management and quality-oriented, customer-centric attitude


• Hiring and managing new team members


• Ensuring clear finances and cash flow management


• Other responsibilities aligned with a CEO role in an early-stage startup

Who are you?
You are a fast-learning talented individual, passionate about people, communication
and impact. As an empathetic extrovert you are truly interested in other human beings
and connect easily to strangers. You are a positive spirit, an “energy-giver” with a
make-it-happen attitude. Thanks to your natural people instinct and high emotional
literacy people really enjoy speaking to you. As a digital native, you use social media
yourself and are both a user and an influencer. You are proficient in German, English
and have demonstrated throughout your life a track-record of excellence either in your
professional or personal life. You ideally are active in several network organizations
and bring a strong personal network with you, for example in the fields of
entrepreneurship and communication. Your ambition is to become an expert in your
job; you want to be a core driver in the communication business and you enjoy the
prospect of steadily building up a company and taking on more and more responsibility
(5+ year horizon). Having studied communications, journalism or writing is a plus, but
not a must.
