MANAGER/MARKET ACCESS & PRICING


ZS is currently seeking a Manager within our Market Access & Pricing space in our Zurich office. Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects, lead client relationships and contribute to business development immediately.


Responsibilities:



  • Significant direct client interaction, managing multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members;

  • Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions;

  • Update senior leaders and prepare and present the majority of client presentations;

  • Establish or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers that drive new business development;

  • Provide thought leadership and innovation within Market Access & Pricing;

  • Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives).


Qualifications:



  • MBA from a top university strongly preferred, with a record of strong academic performance

  • Ideal candidates will have robust experience in Market Access & Pricing, preferably 7-9 years of professional consulting experience of which at least 3-5 years in pharmaceutical market access and pricing;

  • Record of successful and continued business development

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others

  • Unstructured problem solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details

  • Structured communication skills to enable clear communication to clients that influences decisions

  • Excellent organization & planning skills


ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English and the local language of the office is required, additional fluency in European or Asian languages is desirable. Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment.
