What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetimeWithin People Advisory Services in Berlin you will be a part of a fast-paced business technology project team distributed across different countries. You will take on a wide variety of tasks:

• Project management support with a focus on communication and documentation


• Ensure transparency around project status as well as alignment of all stakeholders


• Coordination across the team to safeguard overall progress


• Maintaining collaboration tools


• Organisation of meetings and workshops, creating and maintaining meeting documentation including meeting minutes, action item lists and slides

 


What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future    

• Bachelor degree in business, economics, computer science, communication management, linguistics or similar field of study


• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills 


• First experience with communications in an international corporate environment is a plus


• Ability to explain complex topics simple 


• Structured working style


• Working experience in an IT environment


• Fluent in English and German
