We are looking for a motivated finance professional with experience in a relevant role, preferably at a professional services firm, who values the benefits of a challenging and agile collaborative environment, seeks to take ownership of processes and likes working with geographically dispersed stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.

Manage the annual budgeting, monthly forecast and management reporting processes of the Swiss accounts
Build in-depth knowledge of engagement economics, perform detailed performance analysis on engagement and account levels for various business partners, including the local Partner group
Collect, analyze and manage large data sets from global teams to support annual fee and regulatory reporting
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
Degree in business / finance (University/FH)
A minimum of 4 years experience as Business Controller, preferably at a professional services firm
Confidence and ability to push back and understand the wider implications of account level business decisions
Fluent in German and English, proficiency in MS Office. Advanced Excel skills are essential. VBA programming skills and experience with Power BI are an asset.
