Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO) with startup experience

Responsibilities include:



  • Coordinating and leading our international Operations and Customer Success team


  • Ensuring high-quality delivery and outstanding customer service 


  • Optimize processes and interfaces between Sales and the Pool Growth team.


  • Automated delivery processes

  • Improve quality management 


  • Reporting and measuring improvements through KPI's 


This job is for you if you have



  • a degree in either Business/Economics, Market Research, Supply Chain Management or a related field

  • long-standing experience in a Customer Success role and love to make customers happy


  • a customer-centric mindset, the ability to think outside of the box and getting things done mentality

  • leadership experience 

  • excellent English skills (German is a plus)
