Job Description


This position plays a key role in ensuring that the RepRisk brand and solutions are properly positioned
and communicated globally through a unified language, as well as increasing brand awareness. The
Marketing and Communications Coordinator will report to and act as the right-hand of the Marketing and
Communications Lead based in Zurich, who l marketing and communications
activities. She or he will work closely with external consultants and partners (PR firm, design
agency, etc.), as well as the Client Relationship and Sales teams to drive forward strategic initiatives and
ongoing projects.


Responsibilities


Execute corporate communications and publications activities
Execute strategic advertisement plan, including paid search campaigns


Manage digital platforms including website and social media

Manage and expand use of marketing automation platform
Support thought leadership activities, including event participation and sponsorships
Support marketing-related partnerships
Support Marketing and Communications Lead with strategic planning, budget, and controlling
activities, as well as internal and external documentation


Candidate profile


Excellent project management and multitasking skills, maintaining a pragmatic approach without
compromising quality and attention to details
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proof reading
Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment and solid team player
Resourceful problem-solver, ability to work autonomosly and deal with uncertainty
Interest in social media and digital landscape, as well as enjoying creative topics


Education and experience


A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industry or in the
field of marketing and communications
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, ability in Adobe InDesign and Salesforce a plus
Proficiency in English, German is a plus
