• A challenging role as a Senior Financial Analyst, with varied responsibilities relating to the co-ordination and Analysis of the Corporate Functions Forecasting and Financial Planning processes
  


• Close collaboration with key stakeholders at different levels of seniority, both within Group Finance and other divisions in the bank
  


• An environment which encourages continuous improvement of processes and controls in close collaboration with a wide range of senior stakeholders
  


• Assist with the co-ordination of the Corporate Functions monthly Forecasting and annual Financial Planning process to ensure Group wide deadlines and requirements are cascaded, and a consistent approach is taken across the Group
  


• Review, analyze and challenge financial projections from Corporate Functions to ensure the feasibility to reach their plans and forecasts
  


• You to partner with Financial Controllers, offering guidance across a broad range of financial processes
  


• Conduct expense analyses, synthesizing significant volume of information and distill into summaries/reports for senior management
  


• Ad hoc controlling support for the Functions within Central Allocations, advising on all Financial topics from accruals and allocations to Financial Plan and Forecast
  


• Support process improvement projects such as Corporate Functions Planning System (CFPS) improvements to support decision making

You Offer

 

• Proven financial background, with at least 3-5 years of experience in an FP&A or Financial Controller role. Experience in a banking environment or business consulting will be an asset
  


• Outstanding analytical and numerical skills, combined with a solution-oriented attitude
  


• Strong Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines, flexibility to ensure deadlines are met
  


• Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills and organizational skills
  


• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, ideally including VBA and Hyperion/Essbase. PowerPoint proficiency would also be an advantage
  


• Very good written and spoken English; German as a plus
