Your role:


Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Are you detailed oriented and know how to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously? We're looking for someone like that who can provide support to the AM COO Management team. Your responsibilities will include:


•\tworking closely with the Business Manager to coordinate relevant governance bodies chaired by the Chief Operating Officer, such as the Operating Committee


•\tdeveloping and maintaining relationships with other Business Functions across Asset Management to prepare and coordinate input for wider Asset Management or Group governance bodies


•\tcoordinating and controlling business and risk processes that fall under the responsibility of the AM COO in close collaboration with the Business Risk Management function


•\tcoordinating and maintaining occupation office occupancy plan for the AM COO staff


•\toverall office administration such as payment of invoices, onboarding of vendors and contractors, coordination of relevant meetings and workshops


•\tHR related topics such as onboarding of new staff and maintaining the overall workforce plan


•\tsupport and drive small projects upon request

You will be part of the Asset Management COO business management. You will be part of a small and dynamic team supporting the AM COO and his direct reports in coordinating and driving all activities related to strategic, operational and financial development of the COO area.


Your expertise:


You have:


•\ta university degree and at least three years' experience in similar role;


•\texcellent skills in both spoken and written English


•\tstrong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines


•\ta structured work style, excellent problem solving skills and result oriented approach


•\texperience with Microsoft Office


•\tan interest in financial markets and banking processes
