Orange Consulting Europe is a strategic focus for our growth.


You will be the Head of the Consulting for your geographic territory.  You will be the Single Point of Contact for Consulting activity. Your objective is to grow the consulting revenue and use consulting to ‘pull through’ to Orange’s managed services.  This will require you to sell to our prospects and customers and work collaboratively with internal teams.


Your Primary Responsibilities will be –


 


Deliver on revenue targets for our consulting business in your cluster.


Achieve against all other key financial measurements for consulting in your cluster - (specifically order, ‘attach’ rate and margin targets).


Develop a well qualified pipeline of consulting deals within your cluster.


Deliver winning proposals and pricing for standalone consulting engagements and ‘attached’ deals.


Develop a Go to Market Strategy for consulting and innovation that is relevant to your local market.


Contribute to the culture and success of Orange in your cluster with ideas and energy.


Contribute to resource planning that will support the cluster business execution and GTM strategy


Be able to articulate and present the value proposition of our consulting capabilities and offers to customer sales and customers

Ability to


Engage and develop trust with customers and colleagues.


Work in a virtual team environment  - across multiply locations and geographies.


Be confident with commercial proposals and negotiation.


Have excellent written and spoken English and local languages.


 


education, qualifications, and certifications


University Degree or Equivalent


Other (Desirable)


 Degree in Engineering, IT Business Management, Science or Mathematics.


 Demonstrate achievement outside of business (Sport, community or other).


 Membership of Professional Oraganisations or networking groups.


 


Experience


5 to 10 years’ experience selling advisory /  integration / strategic consulting to multinational customers.


Good understanding of technology trends and innovation programs.


Experience with key verticals (for example Manufacturing, technology, Financial Services ).


Network of customers, advisory businesses and partners in your home market.
