Regulatory&Quality Information System Specialist

As a Regulatory & Quality Information Systems Specialist you are a part of the Product Safety, Regulatory and Quality Assurance (PSRQA) team of the global Flavors group and reports to Regulatory Excellence Function. You'll be one of our catalysts for excellence in process improvements. You will help build projects in the areas of product information, documentation processes and quality systems. You are at the center of our knowledge management: creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of our organization. This position can be based in Kemptthal (5 Minutes by train from Winterthur) or Naarden (Netherlands).


 


You will:


 


Maintain and further develop our Knowledge Management Systems:



  • Manage the administration and maintenance of the PSRQA documentation systems and the creation and revision of procedures

  • Coordinate and help maintain communication and knowledge management platforms within PSRQA and Flavor Global Quality

  • Monitor performance trends relevant to job scope and managing our partners expectations through agreement on required improvement actions

  • Establish and perform training programs relevant to PSRQA documentation systems, knowledge management platforms, intranets and assigned project(s)



Manage improvement projects:



  • Coordinate and support the execution projects of low complexity at global/regional level by assigning project team members to provide project goals. Depending on assigned domain of activity, accomplish improvement projects related to Quality Systems processes, support regional Quality or PSRQA functions

  • Establish required drum-beats and report with teams to ensure "on priority", "on time" and "on quality" project execution

You have:


 



  • Diploma: Business, Scientific or Technical University degree at least at bachelor level

  • Project management experience (Prince II level or equivalent)

  • Languages: Business Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Skilled with MS Office and Google Office Applications

  • 3 or more years of experience preferably in the flavor or food industry and with some exposure to quality or to food safety or to regulatory affairs

  • Experienced working in a remote team

  • Teamplayer who drives for results

  • Used to work independently and keeping customer focus

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, preferably with a diverse approach

  • Willingness to travel internationally 10%
