Marketing Manager Private Banking

YOUR MISSION

• Reporting to the Marketing Head, supporting and implementing the marketing strategy, value proposition and positioning of the business and service/product offering through key projects in close cooperation with the business stakeholders in order to acquire new private clients and retain existing ones;


• Developing, managing and delivering of diverse marketing projects, tools and materials consistent with our positioning by leveraging the wider marketing team members responsible for events, public relations, advertising, digital, sponsoring, etc.;


• Respondent for certain markets and entities (entry point, project manager and coordinator);


• Defining and implementing relevant controlling tools allowing for more transparency (KPI- and ROI-driven, follow-up focused) and streamlining of activities accordingly.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Solid education in marketing (e.g. marketing planner, client communication);


• 8+ years' experience catering for and interacting with HNWIs, in a marketing function;


• Banking experience, preferably in private banking or asset management;


• Track record in executing marketing and communication strategies and campaigns;


• Experience and strong interest in digital marketing;


• Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills;


• Fluent in French and English, German a great plus;


• Analytical and results oriented, with the energy, tenacity and commitment to drive delivery in an autonomous and entrepreneurial manner;


• Multi-tasking capabilities and high degree of flexibility;


• Team-oriented and stress-resilient personality;


• Swiss domicile.
