Student Internship as Analyst in Digital HR (starting as soon as possible, 6-12 months, 80-100%)

Digital HR focuses on how we can leverage technology to  optimize our HR processes and as well as prototyping new ways of optimizing decision making through data analytics.


In this position you will



  • Optimize the utility of data analytics within our various areas of solutions

  • Provide support in translating business needs into data modelling and analytics initiatives

  • Survey our People and Culture Landscape

  • Prototype new ways of optimizing decision-making through data analytics, metrics etc.

  • Contribute ideas, designs and algorithms that will influence people's outcomes 


Who you are

Moreover you are



  • An ambitious student who is currently enrolled (preferably with an emphasis on statistics/applied statistics analytics including Mathematics, Computer science, Data science, Software Engineering or Social Science) or in a gap year between degrees

  • Interested in expanding your experience in leveraging people analytics

  • Passionate about innovation, new technologies and continually adapting agilely

  • IT savvy and knowledgeable in a dynamic environment

  • Advanced in working with R, Python or equivalent

  • Experienced in creating data visualizations and dashboards such as Tableau

  • A person who works independently, systematically and precisely with strong analytical awareness and brings a high level of initiative as well as a dedicated attitude

  • Proficient in English and one other language (both spoken and written)
