What you'll do

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Avaloq Developer with experiences in Avaloq Front Platform (AFP) to strengthen our Onboarding Team in Zurich.

The ideal candidate will offer strong technical skills in software development, solution design and requirements analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design skills to map out end-to-end customer journeys


• Avaloq parameterisation, development of software changes


• Business analysis for change requests and incidents


• Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality


• Incident management, 3rd level support


• Technical testing activities during release cycles


• Candidate will take a shared responsibility for successful implementation of Projects

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in software development/parametrisation in Avaloq and be certified with ACCP with a major in Avaloq Front Technologies. You'll need to have a solid understanding of Avaloq Script, PL/SQL, Avaloq Object Model and Avaloq Static Data as well as of Banking Onboarding Processes.

We’ll also look to you to demonstrate:

• Avaloq Message Interface Webservices (AMI Webservices)
  - PI Design / API Contracts / API Definitions (RAML, YAML)
  - API Implementation (generating ‘Glue Code’ and ‘API End Point Stubs’ with ASMD Context, implementing ‘API End Points’)
  - Avaloq Front Platform (AFP): JBoss Configs, JBoss Logs, JBoss Console


• General knowhow about Web Application Architecture


• Knowhow about Security and Security Architecture, such as SAML, Access Token, JWT, Certification, Keystore


• Knowhow in ‘ICOS/2’ (Client Onboarding Software from IMTF):
  - Capable of doing release installations (Unix Knowhow)
  - Understanding Tomcat logs
  - Data mapping understanding between ICOS/2 and Avaloq


• Knowhow in ‘Postman’ (tool for submitting Webservice Calls):
  - Writing Collections for Unit Testing
  - Writing Test Scripts (JavaScript)
  - Being able to execute Postman Collections


• Experiences in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers


• Fluent in English, written and spoken
