• Deliver customized training programs to customers and employees, to increase and improve product knowledge of VMS products. That includes class room trainings, clinical schools and workshops


• Together with the global standard and content team identify training needs and develop product training programs on VMS products for customers and employees


• Prepare and review training course materials such as training agendas, aides, equipment and training evaluation tests and plan training courses logistics, to deliver the most effective courses and optimize the trainees’ learning and satisfaction


• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs content and delivery through evaluation tests and update or modify training course or sessions when necessary, to ensure the most effective and up-to-date training courses and methods are available at all times


• Follow the global process to develop and update training materials, in order to standardize training course content for internal and external customers


• Plan own activities in cooperation with the instructors and teachers concerned in order to be prepared for future courses and training


• Can participate in trade shows and exhibitions by conducting technical and systems demonstrations of VMS products, in order to support sales and marketing in sales activities


• Perform other duties as assigned

• Degree/diploma in radio technical therapist (RTT)


• Min. 3 years in the field of medical radiation oncology or equivalent experience, 3 years as Applications Specialist, CSC Specialist


• Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Sound understanding of customers and their requirements


• Excellent knowledge of training techniques and methodologies to train adults (hospital professionals)


• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, good knowledge in the local language


• Must be mature and tactful


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills


• Willing to travel


• Willing to work normal and non-normal hours as required to support the customers
