Business Transformation drives the change in processes and applications for several business areas – of which one is Wealth Management. Together with our IT colleagues and the business units we create solutions in an agile approach for the future. We would like you to bring your agile project experience to the table.

IHRE AUFGABEN

As a member of the Business Transformation Wealth Management team you will act as the Product Owner for Wealth Management Solutions. Together with your agile delivery team, you will be responsible for solutions in the areas of Portfolio Management, Order Entry / Management, Portfolio Reporting and interfaces to market facing systems. You interact with the business responsibles from Investment Management, Operations, Markets and other business areas and consolidate the overall business requirements. In agile teams you will work with software engineers, architects, UX designers and be the voice of the business. You are responsible for defining, documenting and articulating requirements to the agile delivery team.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Craft a clear product vision respective to Wealth Management capabilities, processes and applications


• Create drafts of features and user stories with acceptance criteria to seed product backlog


• Prioritize and refine backlog


• Work and coordinate with all necessary parties to design and build the product


• Focus on customer value and continuously drive product improvements and roadmap


• Communicate in an effective, timely and efficient manner with key stakeholders and the agile delivery team, ensuring successful delivery during each sprint


• Ensure alignment between interfacing products together with the overall Product Manager


• Support the overall Product Manager in Product Increment (PI) planning and review


• Foster close contact and dialogue with stakeholders like Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, External Asset Managers, Operational units, Legal, IT Operations, etc.

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• University degree in Business Administration, IT or related field


• At least 5 years of working experience in financial services, consulting, a FinTech company or other relevant role


• Experience with Portfolio Management systems (e.g. Triple A Plus) and multi-channel distribution of content


• Strong expertise in wealth management products and services in Private Banking


• Experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g. Scrum, SAFe), ideally working experience as a Product Owner or similar role


• Familiarity with Portfolio Management, Order Entry and Order Management


• Strong Project Management skills coupled with Business Analysis background


• Strong conceptual skills and ability to break down, structure and solve complex challenges


• Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to steer and induce decisions


• Self-driven, independent working abilities, team-player, hands-on mentality, comfortable with driving and managing change
