As a Frontend Engineer at True Wealth you are the go-to person for everything frontend. You set the vision, you architect the future of our web application. You work together with our talented and highly motivated engineering team to craft the best solutions possible.

True Wealth is a Swiss Fintech success story: we are the leading provider of online wealth management solutions in Switzerland. We provide over 3000 direct customers with an intuitive wealth management platform, and are trusted by various banks and financial institutions to do the same for their customers. We are expanding our engineering team in order to build out new products, which is why we are looking for a Frontend Engineer.

Requirements

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of our multi-tenant React/Redux/Typescript frontend application.


• Shape the future direction and architecture of our application.


• Work with product owners to spec and shape new products.


• Coordinate with design, and backend engineers to implement new features, components, and workflows.


• Guide and mentor other engineers in the team where necessary.

Your profile:

• You have experience with modern front-end stacks (preferably React/Redux).


• You possess expert TypeScript skills and write clean and elegant code.


• You know your way around (S)CSS and BEM and can structure clean, reusable CSS.


• You know the ins and outs of modern web tooling and own the build process from source code down to the bundle.


• You know the tricks necessary to ensure a consistent user experience across browsers.


• You are a team player and share our passion of building a great platform.


• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) are an advantage.


• You are fluent in English and are based in or around Zurich (we offer help with relocation). German skills are an advantage but not required.


• You need to hold or be eligible for a work permit in Switzerland (e.g. via Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship).
