Your key responsibilities
Creation and follow-up of business plans with customers, supervise execution in all markets
Sales and marketing plans follow-up (events, promotions & trainings)
Management of operation platform with markets (forecast, orders, deliveries)
Consolidation and analysis of sales reports (sell-out, sell-in, stock)
Implementation of sales processes and guidelines
Management support of sales directors
Project management, interdisciplinary projects
Your skills
Strategic thinking, can-do mentality, hands-on, and pragmatic implementation skills with attention to detail
Able to handle different projects in parallel with a strong ability to set priorities, work under time and budget pressure
Strong communication, organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, independent and reliable working style
Excellent written and verbal skills in English, French, German as a plus
Proficiency in the following IT applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Intercultural competence and used to work with different markets/cultures
Strong interest and product awareness in the watch industry with a flair for style and luxury products
2 - 5 years working experience, ideally with a successful sales track record in a similar position within the Swiss watch industry
Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
