Our ECA teams helps our clients to deploy end-to-end solutions based on third party SaaS solutions and enterprise application software (whether hosted in the cloud or in a traditional data center environment) such as CRM, Finance, ERP, Service management, HCM/HR, SCM and EAM solutions including industry solutions.


ECA is the biggest digital transformation offering group in DXC. In our Northern & Central Europe region we have completed four acquisitions within the last three years.


The ECA Offering Sales Specialist (OSS) will be responsible for driving and leading across digital applications in the ECA business in the NCE region – in one or more of the following product & service areas - SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow, IBM, Salesforce, Workday, Cornerstone


DXC seeks Offering Sales Specialists (field sales representatives) for the SAP practice within Enterprise Cloud Applications (ECA) Group in DXC.


DXC Technology and SAP work together to deliver SAP-based solutions that accelerate and simplify the path to becoming a true digital enterprise. DXC works side by side with clients to create and execute an industry-focused roadmap that starts with the business case and goes all the way through solution design and intelligent improvement of ongoing operations. This strategic partnership will guide and accelerate our clients’ digital transformation while revolutionizing the way our clients’ consume SAP.


Responsibilities:



  • Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for NCE Region ECA

  • Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts

  • Work to close deals using selling best practices eg., client call plans, close plans, sales strategies

  • Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC

  • Be knowledgeable on the ECA offerings being sold and keep up to date with the latest offering developments, value propositions and marketing/pricing/packaging/licensing options

  • Actively participate as part of NCE ECA sales team and the wider NCE sales community

  • Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, other Offering sellers

  • Work closely with ECA Practice leaders (regional & global) and with Alliance Partners relevant in region

  • Create, drive and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in transparent, predictable manner – weekly cadences and weekly status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients etc


Requirements:



  • Sales experience and success delivering or exceeding sales quotas

  • 10+ years experience in IT services & product sales – successful sales execution and client engagement

  • Experience with SAP products and business preferably SAP’s newer cloud based products and cloud services and digital transformation models

  • Preferably fluent English & German in addition to local language in other countries

  • Deep experience with SAP (and experience or interest in other ECA practices also preferred)

  • Digital (cloud based application) sales experience and digital business acumen

  • University (bachelor degree) minimum

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Pre-existing network of clients and relationships
