System Engineer (Darwin Recruitment)

I am currently supporting an organisation located in Fribourg, Switzerland. They are looking to hire a System Engineer on a project basis (6+ months).


Mission:


  • Management of the design, implementation and maintenance of wired and wireless networks

  • Management of the design, implementation and maintenance of physical and virtual Windows infrastructures

  • Configuring Windows servers and implementing security solutions

  • Existing infrastructure audits (network, server and security) and studies for new ones

  • IT support level 2 and 3

  • Contribution to the drafting of commercial offers

  • Update of the technical documentation

  • Participation in the picket service

    • Technical skills:


  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

  • Cisco Network Technologies, Dell Networking, HP Networking, SonicWall

  • Wifi Technologies (Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki)

  • Microsoft Windows Server and Cloud environment (Azure, Office365, Exchange, ADDS, ADFS)

  • Network Storage (SAN, DAS, NAS) and Servers (Dell EMC VxRail, Dell VRTX)

  • Backup and Monitoring Management Solutions (Veeam, Quest, Synology, Whatsup, Nagios)

  • Fluent in French and English
