Within this context, we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen our business development team in Geneva , whose primary role will be to develop and maintain client relationships :

Missions:


  • Be accountable for managing growth, maintaining and developing existing relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of the clients in very close collaboration with servicing teams and senior management

  • Develop trust-based relationships with key players in the market and within the Group

  • Promote the wide range of the Group’s products and solutions to prospects and clients, and initiate marketing events that contribute to the visibility of Global Assets+

  • Take over responsibility and oversight of a portion of the diversified Global Assets+ client book (pension funds, family offices and UHNW individuals), from leading on sales initiatives to providing delivery oversight

  • Actively support the clients and client servicing teams through significant asset management related structural changes, driving innovation and offering new thinking to clients

  • Identify market trends, listen to client needs in order to translate them into our product offering

  • Participate actively in meetings with in-house key stakeholders and departments to review market strategies

  • Act in accordance with Lombard Odier’s core values (efficiency, quality, safety and risk control) with a strong client focus

  • Desired profile:


  • University degree and/or financial and banking education with ten years of successful professional experience in banking and wealth management, as well as in client acquisition

  • Deep knowledge of global financial markets and the related challenges (Fintechs industry, digitalization and innovation)

  • Tech-savvy with robust knowledge of industry related IT tools and solutions

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and good experience in responding to RFPs, creating business proposals, leading commercial pitches

  • Entrepreneurial and pioneering mindset whilst capable of devising strategy and managing account plans anchored to client’s needs and profitable growth

  • Experience in personally developing trust-based relationships with key executives through active networking (family offices, trust companies and institutional players)

  • A strong collaborative mind-set

  • Solid work ethic deeply committed to confidentiality, with good understanding of financial, non-financial and reputational risks

  • Fluent in French and English, any other language is a plus
