ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Create, maintain and execute test cases/test scripts for all MS Dynamics CRM tiers / components, including OOB features and customizations
• Work with business unit heads and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
• Assess current state and develop target process flows, use cases, workflows and user stories to support the design and development of CRM solutions for our clients
• Liaise with business and IT to bridge functional and technical requirements. Manage traceability across the streams
• Conduct / coordinate walk through sessions of business and functional requirements with business and IT stakeholders, validate and sign offs
• Assist the vendor with design, configuration, process and user story mapping
• Collaborate with build, test and business teams for solution verification
• Document key artifacts including requirements, user guides and training material and able to use enterprise tools such as JIRA
• Participate in meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 



• University degree• Deep knowledge of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM and MS products with respect to technical integrations• Familiarity with HP QC test tool• Experience in defining the Automation strategy and execution• Great communicator, consulting mindset and ability to successfully communicate and drive the bank’s internal and product vendor teams• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization• Have excellent English skills• Travel: 100% on site at client (South Asia)
