Senior Financial Systems Integration Specialist

Expersoft Systems is a global leader in financial software and platforms for the wealth and asset
management industry. Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, we operate 11 offices around the world
serving more than 600 customers including global and regional wealth management banks,
independent asset managers, family offices, and institutional investment firms.

Expersoft’s PM1 software spans the complete front- and mid-office requirements of our customers
including state-of-the-art discretionary and advisory portfolio management, client KYC and lifecycle
operations, compliance and regulatory management, client engagement, and much more. We also
operate private cloud platforms for individual, and communities of, customers.

Systems integration is therefore of critical and central importance to our business. We maintain a
skilled and highly capable integration team responsible for analysing and building interfaces to core
banking systems, custodian banks, and a myriad of third-party technology products. We achieve this
through our unique real-time ETL integration layer, which supports all key contemporary standards for
data representation and exchange.

The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to strengthen the Expersoft integration team and help us
to accelerate our delivery of world-class connectivity solutions.

You must have passion for your work and find inspiration in appreciating the value of data, and its
manipulation, to deliver peerless solutions to our rapidly client base across multiple wealth and asset
management segments. Moreover, we will appreciate a mind that is open to innovation and ready to

Your role as a senior integration specialist reports directly to the Head of Interfaces department. You
will be capable of working directly with clients, analysing their requirements, and developing
integration solutions that fit their precise needs; while collaborating with your team colleagues and
other divisions of the business.

Primary Activities

• Interacting with customers to assess requirements and support deployments


• Analysis of requirements and development of system integration interfaces


• Innovation of new approaches to engineering problems


• Coordination of selected team activities

Your profile

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience working in technology-oriented roles


• An appropriate level of statutory and professional education


• Ideally experience working in the financial services industry; wealth banking a plus


• Experience working on technical systems integration/interfacing projects


• A high level of technical proficiency in multiple programming languages


• Professional level English and German
