Product manager with technical skills in IT

What you will do
As member of the product management team, located in Switzerland in St. Gallen, you play a central role in defining and implementing our product strategy. Your job consists of:

• Manage product lines from market assessment to product launch


• Research and analyse market conditions, identify key competitors and market trends and identify opportunities for product innovations.


• Form business and use cases, so that strategic plans can be developed.


• Produce product and service requirements documents that identify problems to be solved and features required.


• Assigning priorities to features on the roadmap and setup product roadmaps for product and service launches.


• Based on strong market knowledge, you will provide a deep support and analysis during the Development process.


• Act as a first point of contact for all inquiries regarding the products you manage.


• Work collaboratively with other departments to define and implement the related action plan.

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience within a product management role – preferably in conjunction with software or/and the furniture industry or experience as e.g. an IT Business Analyst or IT Application Owner.


• Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies.


• Technical, structured and analytical acumen.


• Autonomous, good energy, able to adapt quickly.


• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.


• Strong customer orientation.


• Desire to continually learn and develop knowledge and skills.


• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.


• Desire and drive to continually innovate.


• This position requires some travel to seminars, partners and customers in Europe.
