Job responsibility
Develop a category ecosystem strategy and roadmap, features and pricing for new and existing categories
Increase sales and profitability to drive sustainable growth through new categories/products
Initiate, contribute, manage and monitor business idea proposals to the roadmap and portfolio of categories and services to enhance the customer Culinary and Cleaning journeys
Deliver the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives, market share, revenue, profit and ROI for all the categories
Identify customer needs and derive and transfer them into product ideas/concepts, in alignment with trend and innovation considering innovation/ category/ brand strategy
Request and conduct market research in cooperation with Market Insights & Research to analyze general market potentials and to test specific product ideas/ Features
Manage all aspects of in-life categories such as customer feedback, requirements and issues
Define country and retailer specific product range, continuous portfolio Management
Define, manage and monitor fulfilment of product requirements
Evaluate relevance and feasibility of found trend/ product/ business idea
Check technical feasibility together with key departments: Operations, Product Management, Engineering, among others
Build infrastructure, processes, and best practices with key stakeholders within the local and international organization to support the work of categories/products..
Job Requirements
You have a strong record of working knowledge in international product management and product development preferably from consumer product industries (FMCG) with excellent program management skills
Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills ranging from technical to business communities and teams
Experience of bringing products to market; optimizing acquisition and retention and reducing churn
Monetization, revenue management and pricing competencies with experience in creating additional revenue driven by new categories and services to existing product lines
Excellent at interpreting data and quantitative approaches to facilitate improvements, experimentation and decision-making
Incredible relationship-builder with an ability to engage, connect, and maintain relationships with a wide diversity of individuals
Practical experience in strategy and modern innovation management approaches such as Design Thinking and Lean Start-up
Team player and extensive experience in high-performance teamwork
Good knowledge and insights into the European cleaning and cooking consumer market is a plus
Fluency in English. Any other language qualification is a plus
Experience of managing products and several complex stakeholders in a fast paced and competitive environment in a matrix organization
