job Responsibility:



  • Responsible to manage 3 to 4 selected markets in all product marketing related topics i.e. product range, stocks, pricing, promotions, launches, etc.

  • Analyzing the regional GFK data: market size, portfolio analysis, market segmentation, markets shares, etc. and analyzing the competitors landscape

  • Understanding the customer journey and the customer needs to develop a comprehensive strategy for all products, during the launch phase as well as during the product lifecycle

  • Understanding the future trends in the markets in close cooperation with the Research and Insights Team and the
    Product Management Teams

  • Work closely with the different markets to define the country roadmap and assist them for their individual launches

  • Define the country product range, manage the portfolio, guide the local product marketing managers and finally decides on pricing within the strategic frame provided by the global product marketing strategy


requirements:



  • Strong understanding of the direct sales environment

  • Proven track record at managing and motivating oneself to achieve objectives

  • Sound knowledge of the industry, its products, services and sales model

  • Product marketing and marketing experience

  • Research and insights as well as previous pricing experiences are a must

  • Exposure to international working environments

  • Strategic thinker with a clear analytical mindset

  • Strong management  and organizational skills

  • Strong negotiator but also diplomatic

  • Self-starter and strong decision making skills

  • Ability to form strong networks at all levels of the organisation

  • Energetic with a hands-on mentality

  • Attention to detail and strong project management capabilities
