Your mission

As part of our production team, your duties will be to monitor and assess trending stories about Switzerland, in order to inform editorial decisions. As part of the monitoring of and posting to social media, you will engage with our online English-speaking communities, actively encouraging discussion and moderating comments.



The position is limited in time for 6 months. The planned start is February 2020.

Your profile

A fluent English speaker with excellent German or French, you have an affinity for using tools for data analysis in digital journalism, and would like to gain experience in a newsroom. Your practical experience in web analysis is an advantage for this position. You are well versed in Social Media and active on major platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter). You also have a broad knowledge of Switzerland's politics, socio-economic issues and its history.
