This is your opportunity to join Julius Baer Investment Management. We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist with a focus on data sourcing, to complement our Product Marketing & Communications team in Investment Management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves to explore, define and deliver, with know-how in market and product performance indicators, active and passive funds and discretionary mandates. Our global product landscape (mainly Switzerland, UK and Asia) includes 27 discretionary mandates and 18 in-house funds.

IHRE AUFGABEN



  • Provide data input to our Content Management System based on Censhare, by actively sourcing market and performance indicators from in-house portfolio managers and external data providers, i.e. performance charts, tables, slides, along with high-level analysis and commentary

  • Further automate data delivery for sales and marketing publications and channels in Investment Management by working with our content management system (CMS) and with complementary tools (e.g. simulation tools)

  • Analyze and visualize investment-related data and support new mandate and fund launches with quantitative rationales

  • Create convincing reporting tools to further streamline team’s delivery

  • Input content in 5 languages to the CMS, based on revised marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with external providers the further development of the CMS

  • Sales support: support relationship managers and product specialists by preparing bespoke client presentations


  • Support team in the preparation of bespoke client presentations and case preparations

  • Support team in the effort to automate creation of bespoke client presentations

Education and skill requirements



  • Proficiency in Excel and VBA macros

  • Basic financial knowledge and understanding of financial metrics and calculations

  • Experience in working with industry data sources such as Morningstar, Bloomberg, Eikon/Thomson Reuters

  • Know how to interpret and visualize investment-related data (i.e. performance and risk metrics), accustomed to finance or related sector, experience in investment operations beneficial

  • Solid mathematical and statistical understanding

  • University degree in economics, business, banking & finance, or comparable further education, CFA a/o AZEK is beneficial

  • Fluent in English; additional German appreciated

  • Experience in managing smaller projects autonomously

  • Experience in dealing with relationship managers and product specialists (sales support)
