Your role
Ensure the pharma unit maintains the highest quality standards and are compliant with all regulations/procedures by driving continuous improvement activities
Provide Quality guidance and support for investigations and change controls
Drive, lead and troubleshoot quality investigations to ensure that all critical and major quality issues are thoroughly investigated with appropriate corrective actions
Initiate improvements to the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance to all relevant Quality Standards and Regulatory requirements
Provide or assist on employee training to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
Liaise with Quality Assurance department and vendors to ensure global quality processes.
Your profile
BS - Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Statistics, Math or related field - required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or related regulated industry and at least 3 years of direct managerial experience required
Experience with Quality Systems (Change Control, deviations, complaint management, documentation management, audits, self-inspections, etc.)
