Tasks
Consult operational Configuration Managers and project teams in their projects
Ongoing improvement methods, tools, best practices and similar documentations
Work and align with stakeholders, key users and managers of related processes e.g. (R&D, HW/SW development, change- document and material management, IT)
First level support for users of Configuration Management processes, tools and methods
Work with broad exposure to all involved disciplines in the value chain
Operate as an enabler of efficiency and effectiveness in product development, manufacturing and subsequent processes
Understanding of the End-to-End value chain and all relevant R&D, manufacturing and maintenance processes
Refine and bring the CM strategy in close alignment with all Diagnostic Business Areas and the Digital Transformation Office
Your profile
A FH degree with 5+ years of experience in the technician or engineering area
Knowledge in the domain of Product Lifecycle Management and Configuration Management in the medical device or other highly regulated industries
Expertise in the understanding of industrial processes, proven by specific trainings or background in at least one of the following disciplines: Project Management, Development & Operations or La Solution, As-Maintained
Past working experience with SAP Material Master, PLM (Pronovia solutions), ideally covering the fields of configuration, document and change management
Able to translate process and project needs and deliverables in systematically structured product data and user requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Haves
Team Player, analytical, communicative, a good listener and convincing
Good German (written and spoken)
Experience with change management, test case definition, test management and software maintenance for SAP or other similar product data Management or IT tools
